WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Here at Frag Rack Coral we pride ourselves on the quality of our product. All coral is shipped and sold in perfect health, 100% pest free and we are not responsible for potential shock due to shipping or buyers water parameters. Of course, we always want to hear about any incident that does happen and we will try our best to help remedy the situation. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

A: Once an order is placed, there's is a 3-4 day processing period. Once shipped it should arrive the next day as we always use FedEx overnight shipping, If you place an order on Friday after 8 pm EST through to Sunday, your processing period won't start until the following Monday. Meaning your 3-4 day processing time doesn't start until Monday morning.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Unfortunately we do not. Border issues and shipping cost prevent us from being competitive over the border.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

A: We currently accept cash, credit, debit & E-transfer

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?
